Transforming a fragmented workflow into a structured and scalable product experience.
Teams relied on disconnected tools to manage projects, with no centralized
or consistent system in place.




Context
Teams were not actually managing projects in the platform, but across disconnected tools.
The lack of structure and consistency made it difficult to track progress, reuse information, or maintain a shared process.
Problem
Information and workflows were fragmented across multiple tools, making it difficult to track progress and maintain a consistent process.
The platform lacked a clear structure, meaningful hierarchy, and reusable interaction patterns, forcing teams to rely on manual processes.

Constraints
User research and usability testing were conducted by the PMO team, with no direct access to users during the design process.
Design decisions were informed by indirect insights, stakeholder discussions, and product experience, requiring continuous alignment and iteration.
Design Approach
The redesign focused on structuring information and workflows, creating a clear hierarchy from high-level overview to detailed project data.
It also introduced consistent design patterns and reusable components
to replace fragmented interactions.
